•To ease traffic congestion and support economic development of the Cavite-Laguna (CALA) region

•Construction of a 27.5 km, 4-lane highway from the terminus of the R-1 Expressway in Kawit, Cavite to Aguinaldo Highway at Silang, Cavite and Laguna

CALA Expressway - Laguna side section (14.3 km)
Description :
•Construction of a 14.3 km, 4-lane at grade highway, a continuation of CALA Expressway - Cavite side Section to connect with South Luzon Expressway (SLEX) at Sta. Rosa, Laguna
•Provide vital access between various economic zones in Cavite Province and NAIA, Manila Ports, Batangas Port
•Decongest traffic along Cavite roads, particularly Aguinaldo Highway and Governor’s Drive.
•Estimated Cost PhP 7.9 Billion (US$ 262 Million)(1US$ =Php 45.00)
•Proposed PPP Scheme: Type 3 + Type 5
