No offense, but why do I need to ask permission from the homeowener if I could park in front of their house? I'm not blocking the sidewalk nor am I blocking his driveway. I would understand if its for polite reasons. As Pinoys are sooooo sensitive.
I'm renting now and unfortunately there is no garage. All I'm saying is if they do not pay any taxes on the public space, why would they prohibit me from parking when it clearly states that these are public spaces and not their private properties.
