March 19th, 2011 03:59 AM #1Im a newbie here and im planning to buy a second hand vehicle. Inquire lang po on the ffg. matter,
1. How can I verify sa concerned government agency (LTO or HPG) if the vehicle that I am going to buy is a carnapped vehicle or there is any pending case? Is there any website for this for easy verification?
2. I spotted sa isang online ad isang vehicle na medyo kursunada ko but i've noticed na ung rear registration plate is improvised but w/ stickers on it. Meron bang magiging problema d2 kapag binili ko to? How can i acquire a new plate? How long ung processing at how much magiging cost so that i can haggle on the price to compensate sa processing fee?
Thank you in advance.

June 30th, 2011 05:54 PM #10Maari din sa HPG (Camp Karingal or Camp Crame)..you have to bring the vehicle to their office.
