The used car market is vast and putting too much time and effort on a potentially questionable sale is not worth it.

Pwede ba mabenta ang isang property na may kaso sa korte/ walang court clearance?
Answer is pwede kung risk taker ka, deed of sale lang katapat nyan. Kapag pina rehistro mo na, dun kana magkakaproblema.

October 11th, 2017 09:35 AM #17When I messaged the seller, and clarified it with them, I made up my mind not to buy it.
It's just that, I didn't know legit and verified dealers are actively engaging in this kind of trade, more so with the dealer being a dealer by a bank.
Being affiliated with a bank, I didn't expect they'd engage in this kind of shady deals.
