    Then magkakaproblema nanaman sa printing ng mismong card? Haha.

    Really ridiculous why LTO needed to take 2 shots of picture of me, 2 esignatures, and 2 times encoding of my info. I guess 1 for the database/record, and another for the actual printing of the license card. Genius.

    Stating apparent problems on a current system and forecasting what could go wrong to a planned one given that the former is happening is now crab mentality for you sir?
