Ask ko lang po kung magiissue ba ng non-pro license sa LTO makati branch yung malapit sa Makati City Hall. Dun kasi ako kumuha ng student permit ko and I liked their efficiency.

I asked this kasi from what I heard may actual driving course na daw for new license applications kaso yung LTO makati maliit lang at mukang walang driving course. Nagresearch din ako sa internet about the makati branch, puro student permit saka renewal lang yung nababasa ko.

Afaik, Makati Lto a district office, hence it cannot process application for SP to Non-Prof or to Prof license transactions. Only Lto Licensing Center can assist your needs.
