Sa SM Manila ako nag-renew last November with the 5-year validity already in place. Available narin kaya sya for claiming or baka next year pa rin?

This is half-glass full... Why the hate and cussing? To be fair, they could've left everything as it was and just release the cards next year as originally planned. Instead, they made the decision to release them before the holidays. I know they're already late in the first place, but we know it's not all LTO's fault.
Like they say, better late than never.

That's the point. Utang na loob pa pala natin na GUMAWA SILA NG PARAAN.
Thank you LTO, at humanap kayo ng solusyon sa problema na 100% sure ako hindi kami ang lumikha.
And Thank You pinilit nyong i-release bago mag pasko or to be exact, 8 working days bago mag-bagong taon.
Thank you, Thank you, ang babait ninyo mga taga LTO.
Topsy turvy world we live in.

I can see that you've been abundantly blessed with sarcasm.
Ok, so be a man... Call them up, introduce yourself and tell them how disappointed you are at them for giving you the opportunity to finally claim your card now instead of next year. Give 'em hell! How dare they, right?
What happened to Christmas being the season of giving? You can give the gift of forgiveness.
Hangang sa forum lang kasi kaya mag-complain. Maybe you should try getting off your high horse.

Don't get me wrong, I have high respect for people (like you?) who always see the silver lining in every cumulonimbus clouds. Filipinos are typically known for being "matiisin", anyway.
We accept "sh1t" for the longest time, and this has resulted in mediocrity being the norm rather than the exception, especially when it comes to government services.
We rarely complain. When we do, the powers that be would just throw a measly bone our way, and we're back to being our contented selves.
LTO OFFICIALS: "Eto na lisensiya ninyo, swerte kayo nahabol pa namin bago mag-pasko yan. O di ba?"
"MATIISING" PINOY: "Galeng galeng, ninyo boss/sir/tsip/amo. Kayo na! Tenkyu beri beri beri match nagawan niyo ng paraan. Anong gagawin namin kung wala kayo? Tatanawin naming napakalaking utang na loob yang ginawa ninyo boss/sir/tsip/amo. Meri Kristmas, boss/sir/tsip/amo"
LTO OFFICIAL <with matching ngiting aso> : "Dapat lang. Bonus namin ha."
LTO OFFICIAL thought ballon: "Nakauto na naman kami. YES! From zero to hero, again"
When will we learn? No wonder we are in such a mess. Sometimes we've no one to blame but ourselves.

F.Y.I, atty, I did not apply for the job, and I am not applying for the job, and I am certain I will not apply for the job of "tagapamuno ng LTO". I have no (death) wish to be in government, even if I am qualified. But those who applied for the job, those who are applying for the job, or those who will be applying for the job, better deliver the goods. They better have the ability to perform and perform well, at that. The Filipino people deserve no less.
