but it is not fair to demand that the public pay for the company's system's in-efficiencies.
like many, i have also had to whip out my card, to be manually scanned.
like many, my remaining rfid cash has also occasionally gone awry.
in my latest fray, upon entry, the machine did not give me info on how much was still in my card. upon exit, the machine said i had only 654 bucks in my card. but in my next transaction, this other machine said i had nearly 3000 bucks!
in the video, the speaking rationalizer said that having not enough money in one's card constituted wasted queueing time for all motorists and was effectively, "obstruction of traffic", and ought to get penalized. personally, i find this logic quite debate-able.
