Gusto ng wife ko magpa change address although there is no immediate reason for her to kaya medyo naiinis ako at sayang pagod sa LTO for something she might never actually need. Isa pa sa worries ko ay pano kung ang ipalit sa kanya ay papel? Naka plastic sya now good for 10 years. Mabuti if they let her keep the old one while waiting for another plastic. Imo, mas ok kung isabay na yan during renewal. Kesa pabalikin pa to check if the plastic DL is available na.

sa LTMS ba? walang function dun to revise records although you can enter a new address in addition to the current but it will not be a transaction, just an online update.

Tried revision of record and ang response after i tried to pay is "your agency office cannot process this transaction." Baka hindi pa ready sa system nila.
