after a year of waiting, we finally completed our lto papers of our monty last month (although its stickers are still up-in-the-air). dunno who's incompetence is to blame there - mitsubishi, citimotors, or the lto?
and then i just read this morning in jaruis bondoc's article that the lto will be unable to release new plates for quite some time due to a technicality in its bidding-out process. utang na loob!!! 7 days lang kasi validity nung delivery receipt from casa. then after nun, pag pinara ka at hinanapan ka ng OR/CR, di mo na pwede ipresent yun. ako dati, ligtas lang kasi hindi ako napapara kahit araw araw ako sa EDSA. got my OR/CR a month after purchase, my plate number 4 months after purchase, and my LTO stickers 5 months after purchase.
