April 16th, 2015 10:22 PM #1May isa akong alam na modus nila:
SIGN EVERYTHING WITH A DATE!
Modus po nila is simple lang: May mga documents (ei: sales invoice) silang hindi dated na ipapapirma sayo on/before/after delivery of the unit. Thereafter, I post date nila yun kung kelan ka lang nila i-register sa LTO.
POOF!
They can say to LTO that they complied with LTO policies, like the mandatory 7 day registration policy.
Kayo, anong modus ng dealer para makatakas sa responsibilidad nila saating mga consumer ang alam nyo? Share nyo naman po dito.
Thanks

April 16th, 2015 10:26 PM #2Hindi ko pa sana siya i-post kaso daming mga newbie car owners ang nakapila sa mga dealers to buy a new car despite the NRNT policy.
BY THE WAY, MAY ADMINISTRATIVE PENALTY PO ITONG PRACTICE NA ITO!
Kaya if asar kayo sa dealer nyo. Hainan nyo ng kaso sa LTO pag nakita nyong ginawa nila ito.
You could check the LTO transmittal or the OR/CR. Makikita yun doon po.

April 17th, 2015 06:13 PM #8Yes. I am extremely tempted to drive it but its not worth the risk. Been waiting for this for a loooooooooong time. Oh well the wait goes on.
*Kai S. I don't get your drift regarding the car (no pun intended.) So I wont assume anything. The question was basically if the LTO and dealers have become more efficient recently with releasing plates ever since that order came out. I assume there are thousands of customers nagging their dealers and the LTO incessantly . So maybe its a reasonable assumption that the backlog has been cleared up some.Last edited by EQAddict; April 17th, 2015 at 06:16 PM.
