reviving this thread. I am trying to look for a contractor to do the fencing of my parent's lot. front fence lang muna. around 100meters yung length.
i am looking at pre-fab fence na tulad nung sa NLEX para maganda na and simple lang. i am not sure about the cost if mas mura ba kesa traditional hallow block fence.
any suggestions sa contractor/fence supplier? yung Vazbuilt ang bagal daw ang magulo kausap based sa nabasa ko sa ibang forum. Not sure kung meron pang mas ok. or should we go with the traditional hallow block fence nalang?
also, pag papagawa ng fence, kailangan na ba ng building permit?

September 22nd, 2014 12:33 PM #8for long lasting, hollow block would be good- precast would depend on the post structure.
re permit - yes, you will need a "fencing permit"/ vis a vis construction permit - that's in case if the village admin is strict
yes, vasquez built and other simillar firm/company is a hassle to deal with- my suggestion is to hire a local(small firm) local hardwares usually knows a few and some hardware has it's own construction side line(hence alam mo di ka kukulangin ng material)Last edited by victorevolution; September 22nd, 2014 at 12:36 PM.

September 22nd, 2014 03:48 PM #9I saw that fence at vazbuilt, pre fab na sya pag deliver syo. All u need to do is setup the post. Me susundin daw na plan for exact fit.
Sa kwenta ko nung nagpa fencing ako, same lang gastos sa material compared sa 4in hollow block. Except with prefab, labor is less and smooth na ang finishing.
Mahal ang palitada ng hollow block.
