LTO And MMDA Rules

Guys meron ba kayo dyang LTO / mmda full violation rules? as in yung lahat ng violations na pwedeng ma commit ng isang motorist para if ever mahuli ako at sinabihan ako na nag commit ako ng traffic violation, I will simply look at the rules and if the violation is not there tatakutin ko silang idedemanda ko sila. haha.
If ever meron pahingi naman and if possible give the source link if it can be found over the internet para ishashare ko na din sa ibang forums.

I read that page this morning.. pero wala yung ibang rules like beating the red light. Yung tamang procedures and things like that.

IIRC there is no such thing as "beating the red light". Beating the yellow and/or running a red light ang meron.
