Parang may nakakalusot na UV express sa BGC, alam ko bawal sila dun. BGC Guards starting to take lagays.

Wag naman, Ortigas center is now a mess coz ortigas security allowed these UV express to ply even the small roads.

uV expresses are starting to behave like jeepneys na may aircon lang. Baba sakay kahit saan, therefore causing unplanned stops in CBDs. uv expresses are point to pojnt in their mandate. Hindi sila jeepney. They should be monitored and regulated.

DOTr now in charge of Metro Manila traffic management

I hope they take control of the LGU's traffic management units as well (Makati's MAPA/MAPSA, Pasig's TPMO, Taguig's TMO, etc).

We can't have individual LGUs making up arbitrary traffic rules without considering the effect on other adjacent cities. Case in point: Pasig's odd-even scheme on Legazpi Bridge (Floodway), announced 1 day before effectivity, displacing half the vehicle volume from Cainta/Taytay who then have no choice but to take perennially clogged Ortigas Extension.
