August 11th, 2016 01:25 PM #13Opening up of subdivision roads should just be a temporary solution while building the much-delayed infra.
Thinking of a few examples:
- While constructing the Buendia/Paseo/Makati Ave underpass, they should open up Mercedes St in Bel-air from EDSA to Kalayaan Ave as an alternate route.
- Open up E. Abello St inside Meralco compound, from Temple Drive to Ortigas Ave. That should reduce the vehicles from White Plains passing through Temple Drive, Greenmeadows and turning westbound on Ortigas Ave. They can then start building the LRT line along Ortigas Ave going to Taytay.
- San Antonio Village: Gen. Araneta from Meralco Ave to Escriva Drive. This will reduce the load on Shaw Blvd westbound.

August 13th, 2016 08:14 AM #14Whatever they do they should do it asap. Traffic from makati to qc last night took me 4.5 hrs. I left at 5 (to give myself a chance) arrived home 930pm.
