Guys FYI penalty for not having an early warning device is 5k based on DOTC JAO 2014-01, learned this the hard way ng ma apprehend ng LTO sa Bayombong N. Viscaya.

years ago, the "inspectors" on the road, were demanding to see our updated emissions test certificate.

Masters question:
Tsinetsek din ba ng LTO kung EWD equipped ang vehicle during vehicle registration renewal?
Kasi yung sasakyan namin renewed last Thursday, merong nakalagay dun sa OR sa ilalim ng gross weight [left side] na
"1997 EWD 0318422" [should have been 1998 siguro since yun year nung vehicle]
Yung last year na renewal, wala naman nakalagay.
