Early car registration renewal ? Does LTO allow this ?

butting in...
i do my lto renewal in two parts, in two separate days.
part 1: emissions test, insurance. i have mine done away from the lto, to avoid queueing, and also, sometimes, for cheaper price.
part 2: lto vehicle inspection, stenciling, and registration. i go at 3 pm. by then, the queueing hordes have gone.

but if TS wants to, he can do it all in less than 2 hours.
don't forget your early warning devices. baka hanapin.

lto allows registration 1 month in advance.

Just 30 minutes in LTO today afternoon.

Already got the Emission and TPL yesterday outside LTO to save time and cost.

I went to LTO to inquire, mine will be due in 2nd week of march, after 3yrs free registration from casa.

I presented the photo copy my OR/CR with TPL and scribbled the computations and was glad to hear that I only need stencil and proceed to registration and doesn't need the emission test.

Pinapaiwanan ko lang sa emission center na malapit sa amin ang mga documents. Itatawag na lang kung ok na.

1st time ko pa rehistro after 3 years.. below yung requirements sa LTO portal

Requirements

Photocopy of Certificate of Registration (CR) and Official Receipt of payment
Appropriate Insurance Certificate of Cover (COC)
Duly accomplished and approved Motor Vehicle Inspection Report (MVIR)
Certificate of Emission Compliance (CEC)
Taxpayer’s Identification Number

- Me mga Q lang po ako, Insurance Certificate of Cover - TPL ba ito?
- San ako kukuha ng MVIR?
- Me ID na ba ang ang TIN, nasa company ID lang namin naka indicaste, pwede na ba yon?
- 44 yung last 2 digits ng plaka namen, till this week lang ba pwede or buong month ng April
- me Emission testing and TPL insurance na mismo sa LTO (Lipa Batangas)
- or me nabasa ko dito na mas mura kung sa labas yung emission at TPL

Sir, nakuha mo din agad yung TPL sa Lhuillier? Ende ba nila vina-validate yung plate # sa system ng LTO? after 3.5 years kasi hindi pa pala napa-update ng dealer yung plate # namen kaya hinde ako natapos kanina, worst magkaka penalty ako ng 200 kung hindi maihabol bukas yung update..

Does this mean na lahat ng 3 years and below eh pwede na hindi pa emission?

Yung sa akin kahapon sandali lang yung test, hindi lang natuloy kasi hindi pa daw in-update ng LTO NCR yung plaka namen kaya babalik ako once updated na and to print yung certification.

Pero kung hindi na pa test maka save ako 470- hehe

Pardon my arrogance, newbie here sa pagpa-rehistro

No. Emission is still needed. That lto branch might be tamad.

1. all brand new cars have automatic 3 years' registration. no emissions test required from the owner. the first time the car will enter the LTO compound, is after the third year. although, i vaguely remember, someone saying that the casa can "do something to" extend the no-emissions testing on the 4th year.

2. i had to go to the designated LTO to have my plate number uploaded to their database, even after the 3 years. just a few minutes' waiting time at the LTO. but, it is hassle just the same, considering it is their job to do so, automatically.
