    Then again, there is this unspoken rule that Mandaluyong enforcers do not apprehend Mandaluyong city residents for coding violations. Hopefully we can get more confirmation on this, I pass Mandaluyong everyday going to Manila and commuting from Taguig is such a life-sapping experience in the mornings.

    Im sure mandaluyong and san juan have window time. I worked in mandaluyong kasi and lagi ko hinahatid gf ko sa san juan. Besides, i usually do call the MMDA hotline just to make sure.. ;p

    how about yung may mga special plates, alin po dun ang exempted sa coding kung meron man?

    kapag ba manganganak na wife ko,lusot ako sa coding?

    manganganak na kasi wife ko anytime soon. e kaso coding ako bukas. pano kung nakaramdam na sya na manganganak bukas during coding period? ano kaya pede gawin?

    I can attest to you that there is a window period here in our city, and there is no truth that being a Mandaluyong City resident exempts one from being apprehended. I was apprehended a lot of times here within our city limits, peace.

    Please don't take offense sir, as that is not my intention. I only based it from the experience of a blogger, that's why I had my misgivings. As you already know, it is not a very pleasant experience to be apprehended, and you can never be too sure as different enforcers have different interpretations of ordinances:
