Infrastructure projects can't seem to take off in this current administration. LRT1 extension: bidding failed. LRT2 extension: back to feasibility study. LRT-MRT integrated ticketing system: bidding postponed yet again. Daang Hari - SLEX link: construction stalled, all 4 kilometers of it (4 kilometers! )

Regarding the design of the toll road, agree with the comments on inquirer.net that a roundabout on both ends of the toll road won't work! Can't think of a roundabout that works effectively in Metro Manila.
