Sana nga hindi 2,500.00 eh.. gawin nilang 10,000.00... mga nakakainis yang mga naka tinted plate.. parang may tinatago sila.. sana hindi mangyari yung mga nakatinted plate dyan na mahit and run ng naka tinted plate din tapos hindi nila makita yung plate number..

Forget the fine, most people with dark tinted plates can easily afford that. Just make it mandatory community service, instead. As for the jail time, I think let's reserve that for real criminals bec. we are a country in dire need of prison cells to hold the real crooks in.
