Fast forward now, im correct all along = its the water pala. Kasi di ba sa laguna lake jan tinatapon mga dumi ng tao. Nabalita nga yung etchas ni nuvali jan daw direcho. Tapos lilinisin ng treatment plant para pwede ng inumin. Yaaahahaaayyy.

Nice place, I lived there for a while and it does complies with the requirements. But I left Manila and now I live in Singapore, renting is quite expensive here, so soon I'm about to purchase an apartment in a new building, it's still under construction though - piermont-grand-ec.com.sg

Nagulat nga ako kagabi may street lights na pala sa e.rod along the road na may informal settlers sa gilid. Di na ko magugulat while driving kasi may tumatawid pala. Haha

ang sama ng situation sa muntinlupa because of laguna de bay. Pag yan source ng water eh mahirap na inumin. You need to buy mineral water sa pasay na para sure.

Makakaapekto ito in the coming years. Ngayon magiging crucial ito sa bibili or uupa ng bahay.
