1st LTO renewal after 3 yr registration

Car was aquired May 2014
Ending plate is 3
LTO windshield sticker is 2014-15-16
TPL insurance is until May 2017
Compre insurance renewed every May yearly. Expires May 2017

1. Pag nag-renew ako next year, it will be on March di ba dahil 3 ang ending ko?
2. Paano yung TPL ko? Pwede ba ako kumuha ng tpl that will start on may and end in march?
3. Same question as #2 for my compre.

the short answer? just show your previous insurance papers to them. they will know what to do.
but you should ask if they can synchronize them papers, with your registration period, po.

Ang sabe saken, di daw pinapalitan yung CR as it stands as the main title of the vehicle. Tinatago lang daw yun. So ang nasakin lang yung CR and 2018 sticker.

Is this accurate? It that really how it is?

Yes, the CR with the"encumbered" notation does not get renewed. You can have it replaced with a "clean" copy once you have fully paid the amortization and you have secured a clearance from the bank.

And the plate# is blank. What gives? Got mine earlier this year.

the CR? maybe it's stamped at the back.
or maybe, it's not encumbered at all.
