well, the spirit behind them laws is sound..
eating in the car absurd? from a country where texting while driving is a fact of life?

March 29th, 2014 07:04 AM #6Gifted naman talaga si twinkle eyes, lalo na mahilig mangopya sa ibang countries ng traffic ideas, pero ang nakalimutan nya kopyahin ay palakihin muna ang kalsada.
Ang overtaking lane ng edsa ay prone sa traffic dahil sa U-turn slots.
While ung PUV lane ay prone sa traffic (particulary ung area ng Pasay) dahil ito ay ginagawang parking lot at daanan ng pedicab.
