Yun nga lang pag-black. Talagang matrabaho at magastos pag-maintain. Pero I'm happy with it. Charge to maintenance cost na lang din.

I'm from south, Cavite bout you?

Before I bought mine, sumakay muna ako sa 2008 Fort just to feel the ride. Then when I test drove the 2013 model, noticeable yung improvement nung ride. And besides, I'm buying an SUV. So for me hindi ko siya hinahanapan ng car-like feel. Merely because araw-araw mo ba naman gamit eh. Nag-adapt na yung katawan ko haha.

Then you are always taking the CAVITEX route. Puwede pala kita ma-meet pag may byahe ka uli to Ternate.

May strada din ako halos same platform ng Montero salitan ko sila ginagamit pero I use the fort more often matic kasi.

I was expecting na mas maganda ride ng new Fort kesa sa Montero namin.

Compared sa Montero mas madaling i maneuver yung Fort and mas maganda interior. Also planning to perform 10k pms sa Gas Fort, gagamit na lang ako ng Royal Purple oil filter and RP oil.

Drove a montero sport(2012) for about 2 mos before getting my Fortuner(2013) honestly parehong matagtag (slight edge to fortuner ) naman mas malakas lang hatak ng fort saka mas maluwag ang loob kaya yun ang pinili ko

    * when i say slight edge to Fortuner meaning mas masarap ang ride ng fort specially sa long drives

Sorry about that. Didn't intend to sound "masungit". I really appreciate all the inputs here. You're right that I won't find car-level riding comfort in SUVs. The nearest would probably be if I get a Rav4 or a CRV, but then that won't have the seating capacity that I'm looking for. I heard that the Trailblazer has good riding comfort but I'm still hoping they come out with a 4x2 A/T.

Bottom line - I think it would be best if I test drive both again myself so that I can decide. But all the inputs and comments here continue to be welcome. Thanks again!
