is this for all makes and brands?

in our village i see lots of vehicles sitting idly by the roadside. i'm not sure if they're totally inoperable or they're just outside because the homeowners have got too much wheels for their own good. the rides left outside come in all shapes and sizes. surprisingly, a lot are american made builds like dakotas, f150s, e150s , silverados, etc.

the ones that catch my eye are several honda crv gen 1s w/c are actually pretty enticing to take on as projects .

My hunch is that these are cars waiting for parts that the owner probably didn't bother looking for / waiting for anymore. They don't want to get rid of it either because "lugi naman kung ibebenta tapos sayang din kung itatapon lang". I have a relative who has a handful of cars in a vacant lot and the quote preceding this sentence are the exact words he told me.
