Have you also replaced the "Charcoal Canister" and the "Filler Cap"? If not there is a huge possibility that your new gas tank will get warped and leak again just like what happened to me during my 1st gas tank replacement.

Try calling Gant Auto Shop (2742-D Taft Ave., Pasay, T:831-6932) for the Filler Cap.

Not sure about this. But casa supervisor told me it is best to keep always at half tank level.

sir mile, can you elaborate more on half tank level. In my part I put gas once a week when my tank is at half level, atleast 1,000 per gas that will make almost at fulltank.

What the casa supervisor told me was, if you reached below half tank then that's the time to refill.

Nakakalungkot naman, I have been following all the threads kasi my family is planning to buy innova (J-variant). Pinagpipilian namin kung diesel or gas, but since me problem nga sa D4D parang gusto na namin ung gas. Sa family, we own only toyotas... pero parang we will consider other brands na. Tsk...kakalungkot

wow...that's kinda like telling people to climb up a broken escalator so they can reach the second floor, since they can't or won't solve the problem.
