I think its possible to have it wrapped in fake leather or durable fabric & foam. I wouldn't know the costs though. I can suggest to bring it to shops that specializes in car interiors and have them give you their opinion.

Grandia parts fit directly except the ceiling And tailgate trim because the grandia is wider. The footwell trim to cover the entry step is also a direct fit. Lots of 'surplus' grandia parts in banawe.
Other option is to buy trim parts from china van dealers that sell grandia clones like joy long and jinbei. Their parts divisoion should be able to order it if they dont stock up on these items regularly.

It will cost about 8T to have those covered with foam at Seatmate. You also need to cover the stepboard with floor mat or vinyl to keep it from getting scratched.
