Mga sir ask ko lang kung anu ma advice ninyo.
Meron ako nasakyan na 1.3 na taxi, mabilis siya humatak. pinalitan nia yung air filter or intake ata yun.
Saan nio po ma recommend na bumili nun? wala po ba magiging conlfict pag nag palit po ako?

Good evening po mga sir/ma'am. Newbie here

. This is my first post kaya pasensiya na po kung OT lang.
New owner po ako ng Avanza 1.3J, just got it a couple of days ago and i'm very happy with my new ride. Although this is not my first car, but its my first "brand new" car. Question lang po mga bossing and i'm concerned about this but, ever since i got my ride, everytime I turn the ignition switch in the "on" position, its fairly normal that the indicator lights sa panel will light up, kaya lang my concern is, normal lang po ba sa Avanza natin na yung "engine malfunction indicator" ay nakailaw lang? Kasi sa mitsu adventure ng biyenan ko will light up for a few seconds then mawawala na indicating you can now start the engine. I checked the manual, and ang nakasulat naman doon ay, if the "engine malfunction indicator" lights up while you're driving, then you have to bring the vehicle immediately sa CASA. Ganito din po ba ang avanza niyo or may problema na agad ang oto ko. I would greatly appreciate your responses po. Thank you and have a nice evening.

[SIZE=4][SIZE=5][SIZE=2]Pahingi naman po recommendations for the ff. accesories ng Avanza:

1. alarm + keyless entry + immobilizer + power/central locks (kahit pinaka-basic lang basta reliable)
2. power windows (basic, cheap and reliable)
3. 15" tires + mags (cheapest na durable; priority is safety and performance, not so much on porma)

Kung may mare-recommend din kayo na mga shop kung san mabibili ang mga ito, maraming salamat po![/SIZE][/SIZE][/SIZE]

Normal iyan sa toyota. Pag umandar naman ang makina, mamatay din naman ang check engine indicator. Pag di namatay, yan ang me problema. Hope this helps

Hi Gurus! I have some questions with my new Avanza 1.5G:

1) Normal po ba na ang RPM nya when idle fluctuates from 1 to 1.25 most of the time? I mean like around every 3-5 seconds?
2) First gear seems to do high RPM, rinig mo na ung "brooom" ng makina around 3 RPM pero mabagal naman tinatakbo mga less than 20km/h lang (or parang mga 15km/h lang)... normal ba to? Tapos when you press on clutch to switch gear rinig mo rin ung makina na like doing high rpm, pero swabe na sa 2nd-5th gears.
3) Fuel consumption seems to be around 9km/l .... d2 po kami sa may Zabarte road, my usual takbo is 40-50kmh average pero pumapalo rin naman sa 60 kasi may speed limit sa commonwealth. Normal ba FC ko? Feel ko kasi may kinalaman ung questions 1 and 2 ko d2 eh.
4) One time na turn-on ko ung susi without realizing na umaandar na pala ... pero once lang naman to, will that damage the car?

I just got my Avanza G 3 days ago pero sa sticker ng casa is delivered May 2011. Thanks po sa inyo mga guru!

mga sir, pa help naman i have an avanze 1.5g matic. kapag may lubak lubak parang may kalampag na tumatama sa
steering ko. pero i have it check wala daw sira yun tie rod and rack end.

baka meron kayo ma suggest na pagawaan?

also i bought this 2nd hand and let one of my friend drive it and compare daw sa exalta nya na matic din mdyo mahina daw ang hatak. eh ang mileage is 56k palng. any tips on how to check?

bro, i tink normal lng yun sa question 1 mo.

somehow related ata sa aircon yan. sakin ganun din. ang bilis pumitik ng aircon.

naka ilaw lang parati? or pag naka ON lang?? pag ni start nawawala na? kung pagka start nawawala na.. ok lang yan ganon talaga.. pero kahit naka start na naka on pa din.. hindi normal yun..

* sir burjegol - thanks so much sir. yup, namamatay naman po kapag umaandar na ang makina. Pasensiya na po first time lang po kasi magkaroon ng bagong auto kaya sobrang nangangapa pa.

* sir qwerty - sir nakailaw lang naman
kapag naka "on" ang ignition switch pero kapag naka start na at tumatakbo na ang makina, nawawala na po siya.

Kasi bago ko nakuha avanza ko, tiyanaga ko talaga basahin ang thread na eto at sobrang hindi ako nagsisisi kahit pinagalitan ako ng boss ko kasi nahuli niya ako nag iinternet during office hours

, kasi sobrang dami kong natutunan. Atleast hindi na ko mangangamba ngayon para sa vanzy ko. Again, maraming salamat po talaga and more power.
