July 1st, 2017 01:05 PM #1Bumili po ako ng 2011 toyota corolla altis a month ago. 47k mileage lang meron siya. Tinanong ko ung nagbebenta bakit mababa, sabi nila tatlo ung sasakyan nila (which is totoo naman) and mas ginagamit nila ung fortuner nila. So akala ko okay na. I just found out na hindi pala! Second owner po kase ung nagbenta saken and nakakita ako ng old postings na binebenta ung same car, not sure if ung first owner un pero 95k na po ung mileage na nasa car. Di ko po alam gagawin ko
Help please!

Wala. Nabili mo na eh? Just live with it. Yan ang risk involved for buying second hand cars.
Don't make mileage a big deal.
Aside that may problema ka ba nakita?
O eto kuwento saken ng cousin ko a weeks ago.
Buy and sell din siya, he bid cars sa insurance company yung mga declared total loss.
Pag nanalo sa bidding he either restore the car or kahuyin yung parts.
May nakuha siya na 2016 City, front damage and airbag was deployed.
Nabuo niya ulit kaso ang mahirap ibenta pag wala na nga airbag, too pricey din for them kung pati yun ibabalik.
Ending he sold the car sa buy and sell dudes, declared naman na wala na airbag.
Buy and sell sold the car, si buy and sell dinisable yung airbag indicator.
Yung nakabili pinacheck sa honda yung car and ayun nalaman na nabangga nga and declared total loss.

How did you meet the buyer? I noticed that at OLX a lot of the cars for sale have extremely low mileage. Average is supposed to be 10k annually, isn't it? How can they tamper the odometer when it's already digital? It blows my mind that individual sellers/owners will go as far to deceive a client. Unless those are buy and sell people posing as the owners?
My cars average 6k annually but when the time comes that I need to sell my car, I will turnover all the casa records to the buyer. Didn't you get any of the casa records? That's a relatively new car.
I don't think there's much you can do especially since its been a month from the sale.

Which I doubt.
