    nagtanong po ako sa isang talyer tungkol sa problem ko po sa fuel gauge, gumagana naman po fuel gauge ko pero hindi accurate ang reading. nagpalit na po ako ng floater at fuel gauge pero hindi pa rin naayos problem ko sa fuel gauge ko, ang sabi po sa talyer na pinagtanungan ko grounding daw ang problema. kasi luma na daw kotse ko (93 corolla xe). kasi yung ground daw po ng fuel gauge e hindi nakakabit mismo sa body ground. parang "floating ground" po yata yung ginamit nyang word. ang gagawin daw po nya e itatap daw po sa body ng kotse yung ground wire nung sa fuel gauge para daw po lumalakas ang ground. ang tanong ko po e safe po ba kung ganon po ang gagawin? hind po ba delikado? parang babalatan nya yung ground wire ng fuel gauge tapos magdadagdag o magtatap sya ng wire papunta sa body po ng kotse. okay lang po ba yon?

    Your fuel gauge sending unit shares the ground circuit with the fuel pump, so, if the ground circuit was bad the fuel pump does not run.
