September 17th, 2023 06:02 PM #12The problem is the GR Corollas tend to be specced higher from the factory (you won't find a base spec), so most cars are $40k as optioned. Plus US Dealers are marking up the cars because of high demand. I was checking reddit and someone posted one listing the dealer wanted $10k over MSRP so it was $50k na.
For most luxury imports the rule of thumb was x100 the USD price, then add to that the recent exchange rate and P5.5M doesn't seem too unreasonable.
But for that price antay na lang ng local allocation sa GR Yaris or Civic Type R.
