Could it because of tax? 1.5 for tax perk at kung hindi rin lang pasok ay 1.8 na for better efficiency than 1.6?

afaik walang tax break ang 1.5 sa pilipinas. but i've read about that thing in other countries, and also the sub 4 meter classification

but we do have lower MVUC for "light car" like vios. corolla is afaik "medium car" with mvuc much higher than even an SUV

PS i wonder about the 0 to 100 time with the 1.8 engine. considering this car coz the seniors in the family are having a hard time getting into our crossovers and SUVs

i heard it's extremely popular in china, because of the tax brakes..
's probably why many china cars are 1500 cc.

Applicable lang ata yung tax break na yan if the product is from China.
But if from other ASEAN nation, hindi applicable to.
Tariff ata yung may perks compare to the product from non-ASEAN nation.

Good day po sa inyong lahat,

I am new on this Toyota forum and i need your advise po sana regarding our 2023 Altis GR Sports. We bought our unit 2 months ago actually wife ko ang gumagamit ng car. Meron na po ba sa inyo nagkabit ng 19 in. mags sa unit ninyo? Currently it has 225 45 17 po na mags pero gusto ko sana mag updgrade . Puede po ba ang 19 in. or hanggang 18 in. lang po talaga ang puede sa Altis GR Sports?

I would highly appreciate if someone can advise me regarding my query yung mga owners or friends niyo sana na nagkabit mismo ng 19 in.or 18 in. mags.

To add to this may lowering spring na po ba available for our 2023 Altis? Dati na po akong member ng forum pero sa hyundai sta fe kasi ako naka-focus kasi yun ang malimit namin gamit and very thankful po ako kasi very responsive and mga members dito.
