The rear looks like when Toyota Matrix is inspired of the Nissan 370Z. Less tall-boy looking, too. Much like a Vios hatch now.

Looks like the reason they didn't launch the new small Yaris in ASEAN is because they were waiting for the jumbo-sized version.
Toyota held the world premiere of the new Yaris subcompact hatchback at the 2013 Shanghai International Automobile Industry Exhibition. Displayed alongside the hatchback, was the recently unveiled Vios, both models are production versions of the Dear Qin global strategic concepts the Japanese automaker displayed in last year’s Beijing Motor Show.The new Yaris will be released in the Philippines by next year. And our source within Toyota Motor Philippines was quick to point out that the local release will not come with the silver bumper highlight.
