If the car is sitting on level ground, remove the fill bolt for the gear oil and put your finger in the hole. You should be able to touch gear oil. If not, kulang yan.
Or just drop by a gas station that has a service bay. They can check for you.
Gear oil is easy to change. The seals for the transmission requires a pull down to be changed.

there are three oil seals of your M/T. two output shaft seals and one input shaft seal. the input shaft seal is a might as well (MAW) operation when you have the clutch replaced while the transmission is still out and the input shaft seal and the engine rear main seal is readily accessible. the output shaft seals can be replaced while the transaxle is still on board and installed. it requires the halfshafts to be pulled out of the way. if the oil seals are okay and the transmission oil seals is not overserviced but the oil leaks from any of the three seals, check the transaxle breather at the top to make sure it is not clogged up

oil seal ->flywheel ->clutch disk ->pressure plate
one oil seal shaft (behind release bearing) and 2 oil seal (ung may panyo) left & right connected to your CV tire
