In Japan : "honk honk!" (means you can pass and take my lane)
In Pinas : "honk honk!" (means GET OUT OF MY LANE!)

i used to do this when i first got back in the philippines from the states but not anymore since people here have no idea what it means.

sinubukan ko kanina pero isang beses lang, hindi ko na kasi matandaan parang hindi sanay to press the hazard light

my cousin lives and works in japan.. and he said getting a drivers license there from beginner to certified license driver cost about 2000 dollars.. thats probably why they are so courteous

gusto ko itry to kaso parang wala din. hahaha. parang di effective to lalo na sa edsa. kaliwat kanan nagsisingitan
sarap cguro mag drive sa japan. relax lang at walang road rage.

February 13th, 2017 05:30 PM #9here in the philippines we use hazard in a situations like emergency, when you are in stationary or also when you are in driving lesson. We usually say thank you by pressing the horn a little bit. We must give a good/easy to understand signal in which way we understand each other drivers otherwise it can cause accident

nung bago-bago pa akong nagddrive, ginagawa ko to pag may nagbigay sakin pag nagchange lane ako. kasi takot pa ako dahil bagong driver nga. pero after months ng pakikipagdigmaan sa EDSA, yung nag-sink in na "it's a jungle out there" naging inaaway ko na lang (in my car, by myself) pag di ako pinagbigyan.
