    But the real problem is sandamakmak na sila encouraged by the years of non implementation of the law and/or the tolerance of their road arrogance....

    Parang mga motorsiklo, padyak, ebikes, kariton etc...

    Provide and support alternative solutions for mass transport...

    Lagi natin naririnig yung sasabihin na kelangan ng pag unawa. Pero naman tigilan yung pag unawa sa mga tanga at mangmang at pasaway. Dapat turuan ng leksiyon para matauhan.
