April 4th, 2010 12:47 PM #1I use Shell E10 sa 3ZZ ko, no rough idling whatsoever. Also used Petron XCS and Caltex Silver, both with E10. No problems. It must be the oil. Unless na hindi tuned up ang kotse at madumi mga air/fuel filters at servo.

yung nga sir eh. before this oil, my zz is in top condition.
valve adjsutment 80k km(casa)
new fuel filter, 90k km (casa)
new spark plugs (stock not upgraded to platinum)
newly washed air filter (washable aftermarket cone type)
servo?
additional suspect din: oil sludge build up. wala pa nung 80k km, ewan ko now

3zzfe is prone to sludge. better have a mechanic open the engine top cover for proper inspection.

Change oil ka na, baka fake yung nabili mo kaya pangit ang andar. As the others suggested din, pacheck mo MAF at IACV (servo) at baka madumi na. Be wary din sa oil sludging, yan ang sakit talaga ng 3ZZ natin kaya dapat maagap sa engine oil quality.

its only simota sir,no sir, i have cleaned the MAF already twice simula nung medyo panget na andar niya. the air filter is not over-oiled, tinipid ko e

most probably, i'll do an over-all problem assessment with my mechanic this week (sludge, tune-up, change oil, oil leak, sensors etc) thanks po
