August 23rd, 2015 09:24 PM #2293I have been eyeing the jimny for a while now and would buy it in a heartbeat if given a choice. Yun lang i couldnt justify the cost at the moment since i still have a perfectly working vehicle...the jimny is a very good choice as long as you understand, accept, and can live with the compromises made to make it the excellent vehicle that it is.

* n_spinner06, kuha ka na bilis :-)!
Yung sa akin nga bought a kulambo and all and plan not to use it to preserve it. Gamit ko ibang sasakyan, kaya lang di ko rin matiis di gamitin kse masarap talaga syang gamitin :-).
My daughter and son already told me pag mag drive na sila gusto din nila Jimny :-).
Btw, almost wherever I go, meron kumakausap sa akin about the jimny. Laging pinupuri yung Jimny. Di ko naranasan to pag ibang sasakyan dala ko wala naman pumupuri hehe. Iba talaga tong Jimny (sige promote pa!).

August 25th, 2015 11:56 PM #2295Hi all, please help me out. Im seriously considering buying a Jimny in the next few months. However when you search through forums and even in youtube, there is a claim that the Jimny has a known sickness called "death wobble". A lot of owners claim that at around 80kph the steering wheel shakes and sometimes even the whole car shakes. It isnt certain as to what causes it, some claim mileage, some claim modifying the Jimny causes it. I just want to know if anyone has actually experienced this death wobble? Please advise. Thanks!

^ are you buying a brand new unit? I think sa mga older units nagkaroon nito.

August 26th, 2015 09:35 PM #2298*thebat yes planning to get a brand new unit. I thought matibay yung jimny considering its built to be a 4X4. I see so many old Suzuki Vitaras still running so I assumed jimny would last 15years maybe more. Most forums I read are foreign (europe, australia, etc). And you can easily search for death wobble in you tube. There are posts you can read that refer to Jimny models 2014 so I dont think sa older models lang. I hope this problem is not in the 2015 model. Has anyone here experienced something in the Jimny that makes the car shake?

August 26th, 2015 09:40 PM #2299*krypt09 I also hope it is something that can be avoided with proper periodic maintenance. Kaya lang based on what I've read so far, death wobble on the Jimny is very common. This is the only thing preventing me from buying one because I really like this car. See this.. https://youtu.be/vxn5hp890og
