November 2nd, 2010 12:14 AM #3Just came from our 3 days Halloween vacation. My fuel consumption for my 2nd week old apv2 was 9.75 km/l with a total distance traveled of 342.3km per liter and 35.09 gas consumed.
(full tank) From Manila to Tarlac (2 adults & a child) ave. speed at hi-way (80-90 km)
From Tarlac to Bataan Balanga (5 adults and 4 children) vice versa / ave. speed at hi-way (90-100 km)
From Tarlac to shell Mabalacat where I refilled my gas (3 adults and 2 children) ave. speed (60-80 km)
Although I’m not out of fuel, I decided to refill my gas at Shell Mabalacat just to ensure that I have enough gas in case there is a heavy traffic in Balintawak and to measure my fuel consumption. When we went from Manila to Tarlac, we got stuck in the traffic in Blumentrit for almost 2 hours. I think my fuel consumption would have been better if not for the traffic.

Daihatsu Mira w/ Suzuki F6a engine
Hi-Way Driving(SLEX): 18km/L (ako lang nag-ddrive at walang ibang kasama)
ang also based on my experiment i made, with my fuel gauge needle at 1/8 position,i fill-up at nearest gas station samin sa TOTAL w/ an ordinary unleaded fuel worth of 300 and then fuel gauge level suddenly point at near 1/2 level), and i used to travel from SAN PEDRO to VICTORY LINER TERMINAL at Pasay City then back again to SAN PEDRO w/ average speed at SLEX of 80 - 95kph., well buti nakauwi at nakapag-stroll pa ako on the next day around sa lugar namin then pa-gas na ulit nung tanghali, nasabi ko na lang WOW,efficient talaga ang mga suzuki.
.! kasi i recently used a mazda 323 siguro nagastos ako ng 500+ for the fuel balikan, that's why i switch now to suzuki..

November 18th, 2012 06:56 PM #10Hi everyone, I am planning to get a celerio GL since as per reading, DOE recorded it to run 30km/l as FC and according to the sales person I talked to, reality FC could be 16 to 20km/l for city driving with aircon. FC is really my number 1 factor in buying this car kaso based sa back read ko sa thread na ito...mostly sa mga Alto does not even reach 16km or 18km/l??? I thought Alto is supposedly much fuel efficient?
Anyone here can post there celerio GL FC?
Thanks!
