yes wrap around. decent price compared to clifford and the quality is top notch unlike other shops who fabricate generic kits. although paint isn't that good. after a year the paint became dull.

unfortunately i cannot give exact numbers. but throttle response felt quicker. below is a pic of the intake installed. i also installed a rubber heat shield between the filter and the engine.
