Nag pa PM ako nung december,2010. tapos nitong january,2011 ay nag-hard starting na yung APV ko. when i checked the battery, i can see the plates. meaning low level ang tubig.
It has been a week now at di pa rin kami binabalikan.
Ingat kayo, double check n'yo din after PM like oil level, ATF level, brake fluid level, battery water, at yung iba pang kaya natin ma-check.

hi sir, this is correct. it has been an issue regarding battery water being dried up fast. since our battery is not the free-maintenance type. tapos nasa tabi din ng engine which is a heat source, the battery water tends to evaporate fast.
it is always advisable to check battery water every month... come to think of it.. its time to check mine as well.. hehehe...

hi sir, the clicks are coming from a plate inside your handbrake housing. so that's normal to be heard.
Im assuming since you said na "gumaang" yung pag hatak ng handbrake, but still you feel that its working, im assuming that one of the lines are cut. or maybe natanggal lang...
but since I havent seen the complete handbrake assembly, im just assuming that its a typical assembly where from the handbrake, 2 cables are going out to the back of the APV into the wheels separately.
best is check under the back wheels. look for a cable na parang sa bisikleta, where it will travel from the back wheels going to the area where your handbrake is located. it should be 2... one for each rear wheel. try to pull the cable for stiffness.. pero dahan dahan lang.. baka kasi ibang cable yun.. make sure its a cable.. not a hose.. hehehe.. baka brake hose na siya.. or gas hose. wahehehhee...
