nagpalit ba ng name to bridgestone ang firestone? may pagkakahawig kasi sa name eh. baka pinalitan nila since the issues happened before..

October 27th, 2008 07:57 AM #4The Firestone brand still exists and the company still continues to sell tyres in the continental US and noBridgestone is not Firestone as Bridgestone is an entirely different brand. However, Bridgestone Corporation (which is a Japanese company) bought out Firestone US two decades ago.

October 27th, 2008 03:15 PM #5The company used to make Firestone tires in the Philippines turned to make their own brand known as MSF Tires. This happened in the 90's (yata).
