sir blitzkin, hindi basta basta nasisira ang wheel bearing kaya baka hindi yan yung kakapalit mo lang na bearing. pwedeng yung kabilang side kase sabi mo passenger side lang pinalitan mo. merong wheel bearing na pwede i repack tapos meron din sealed wheel bearing na kailangan pressed in( baka kaya madami pinagpupukpok sa auto mo) depende sa modelo ng sasakyan.

Ako i usually change both left and right bearings when the need arises. Repack with grease (molybdenum sirs) and change the CV boots na lang din to be sure.

hmm ganon pala yun... another reason i know is when you have big and heavy rims, like 17.'s and up.

another reason is yung di balase ang gulong mo...
pag binaha/ dinaan sa baha--need to repack the grease lalo na kung yung tig-80 pesos lang gamit mo, pero kung yung synthetic water proff grease dont worry much

May 14th, 2008 10:42 PM #15salamat talaga sa mga input nyo sirs! mejo marami na akong nalalaman na reasons kung bakit nagkakaganito ang bearing.. ipapatingin ko to mga sirs baka sa weekend. update ko nalang thread natin kung anong nangyari.. sana repack lang para mejo makamura!

makikipost na rin po. tanong ko sana kun may remedyo pa yung boot ng wheel bearing kun maliit lang ang butas, yung butas mas maliit pa sa butas ng paper puncher. TIA
