Just one stop from moderate speeds can heat up the disc already.
It's ok so long as it isn't overheating.
You'd know there's a problem if it starts pulling to one side.

It is normal for the brakes to get warm to hot in a short drive.
What is not normal is if there is a big difference between the left & right side. If one side is hotter than the other, the brake calipers might be rubbing or stuck up.
You'll know this if the car pulls to one side while you drive or when you have applied the brakes to slow down the car.

Oh, and another thing...
Don't wash the discs while they're hot... wait for them to cool down. It's not a good idea to subject them to such extreme thermal stresses. Hot brake discs should be allowed to cool down slowly.
