so how would we verify if they are properly calibrated?

But now i just go to shell gasoline station meron silang air pump with gauge , set lang to your desire tire pressure then automatic nang nag-stop
Or lahat naman naa-adjust?
i don't think that the off the shelf tire gauges can be calibrated.
though I do check from time to time my tire gauge's reading against the digital reading found in some gasoline stations. it's still pretty accurate.
for me dial type... im using stato guage.
I'm using the pen type. I also check my tire pressure at the nearest gas station from my house every time I pump in gas.

ive seen so many posts regarding where to buy these reliable tire gauges but it seems no one has answered this. so where can i buy them? Thanks!
I too use the stetho-gauge dial-type which i bought at ACE hardware years back and it's still reliable. you can't adjust or calibrate it but make sure you release the air in it after each use. there's an air release button on the side. i think it costs P500+.
I use a pen type tire gauge. No idea on it's accuracy. I just have my tires check every 2 weeks when I gas up. I am due for a tire pressure check this week when I gas up.
before i'm using the pen type but replaced it with the dial type.i think it's more accurate than the former
