When decelerating and you're experiencing this swaying, were you stepping on the brakes as well, and getting ready to stop? If yes, it may be caused by DTV (often referred to colloquially as a 'warped' rotor). Check out the doc below to validate if it's indeed caused by DTV (Disk Thickness Variation).

October 11th, 2013 09:32 PM #13Nakita ko na problema sirs. Nung paikot kong kinapa yung gulong sa left rear, naramdaman ko yung mga protruding wires sa may inner side wall ng gulong. Natusok pa kamay ko. Tatanggalin ko yon bukas para ma examine mabuti pero definitely, may tama na ang tread.
Thanks a lot for helping me guys. The best po kayo at sana huwag kayo magsawa sa kakabigay ng advise.
