yung commercial ng asawa ni marian yung umiinom ensure kasama tatay nya. After macovid nung dingdong hindi ko na nakikita ini-airtime.

at nagiba itsura lumiit mukha nung dingdong

ensure ingredients = soy protein isolate a delikadengdeng main ingredients.

tiningnan ko ngayon sa youtube yung commercial ng ensurw... bakit nakaoff yung comments hahaha!!!!

what are your post Covid vits/supplements? any additional vits/supps you find beneficial?

i keep taking multivits, joint support at mct oil sa coffee. added digestive enzyme as supplement at madalang ako magpoop if nasa low carb eating ako.

have you tried abstaining from these supplements for a while, and see how things turn out?

my opinion,
if one is reasonably healthy naman, one may not need supplements to remain in the peak of health.

i did try for a month or more. things turned out just normal, wala naman akong naramdaman na nabago o nanghina ako[emoji28]

i think i agree. placebo effect lang siguro vits[emoji848] yung nga lang, nakasanayan na may iniinom[emoji28]
