Ateneo starts it 2nd round battle today versus NU. Time to pick up the pieces and do better.

The question used to be: who can defeat Ateneo?

Now, it is: who can Ateneo defeat?

Win or lose, its the school we choose.

Whew what a tense game! Ateneo fans with a sigh of relief as they get win number 2! Great game by the rookies Bahay & Porter. Although Bahay had some very costly mistakes. A turnover that led to 2pts, then right after, an offensive foul that led to 2 free throws, a rushed missed hero ball shot, then 2 missed crucial free throws, buti na lang nag mintis si Manansala sa last shot.

true. ateneo made 58.1% of their free throws. that's probably better than their whole 1st round outing.

finally, chris koon got his groove again after that lousy first game ankle injury. nawala elevation pati confidence niya. hopefully, his mind set is back on track.

what can i say about porter? ganyan na iyan ng high school pa. take-no-prisoners ang attitude maski na his team's collective backs are against the wall... bangis pa din.

ganda ng kamay ni bongo kanina. sana maging consistent pa.

Blue Eagles are doing well in badminton ...

"With UP’s second straight win, they now share the top spot with defending four-time champion Ateneo, which also had to overcome a tough challenge from De La Salle University with a 5-0 sweep. (UAAP Women's Badminton: Susmita Ramos overcomes Sarah Barredo, lifts UP to share of lead with Ateneo)

Lucky for her Topex didn't call for security to drag her out of the venue or even sue her for slander..
