So I guess Coach Tab still has a job then hehe.

Malas UP, na injure si Lucero. Would have been a closer game, & may chance pa sila manalo.

May huling hirit pa nga siya before the final buzzer sounded. Looking at next season it might be another rematch if Tab stays on and plus the fact that UP will still be a contender.

Galing ng pag pasok ni Lucero. Everyone in the arena including the Ateneo players & crowd were cheering him.

A brilliant way to end his UAAP career although the final score wasn't in his favor.

That's what the UAAP is about. No one was chanting "uwian na, uwian na"

Gteat game, grabe kaba ko dun sa 4point swing. Buti walang nerbyos si Andrade.

Some calls by the refs were highly questionable though. Buti hindi naka-affect significantly sa outcome.

Lucero was a huge loss talaga, sayang versatility niya on both ends of the floor. UP will come back stronger next year though.

last night's championship is a testament to coach tab's coaching prowess because he won the tin on what is a rebuilding year.

w/ the sudden departures of point guards sj belangel and dwight ramos plus the jarring decisions of troy mallillin, patrick maagdenburg, and even francis "lebron" lopez to pursue other opportunities, baldwin was left w/ no other option but to work w/ virtual unknowns and worse, untested young players who apparently found his program too complex - forcing him to abandon his primary offensive system and teach the whole crew a new and simpler game plan to accommodate the newbies. that sudden change resulted in the struggle to finish off teams and come on top early-on in the season.

it's a good thing the the blue eagles just soldiered on and fortunately for them, the stars aligned w/c eventually resulted in them being the kings of the collegiate basketball hill. i guess ateneo just manifested the old saying, " you reap what you sow ".

Here’s another testament to Coach Tab’s system. Last night, I was chatting with a friend, a UP alumni who’s based in Australia. He once saw prized recruit Mason Amos & asked him why not go to UP. Mason said that they already talked to him but he likes Coach Tab’s system kaya he went with Ateneo.
