    How many times? As much as i can, let me explain, im just a gym rat, wala na akong bulking phase, cutting per se, if i want to lose a little weight i just control the calories, pag malapit na summer, i lean out a bit, now im kinda big coz its xmas time..btw, i just go there to socialize and lift...im not that serious anymore..but i always concentrate on the 3 main lifts, deadlift,squats and bench..

    Farmers walk...weight is secondary, intersity is more important..
